SMTP Please please HELP!
I have a host. It does not allow smtp. I cannot access PHP.ini
In phpnuke under fourms general configuration I said to use my own smtp. What ever I change it to it seems phpnuke doesnt care. Emails are still not sent. My SMTP works!.
How can I tell PHPnuke to use my SMTP service. I have the address username and password.

Please please help me. Their are millions of people with the same problem. Why won't the PHPnuke use the smtp service i provide?

Thank you in advance.

It easier to use local sendmail or same kind of service for phpnuke. I have no experience for SMTP , but if's possible to use SMTP in phpbb forums as an alternative way.
