Strange Graphics Error on Contents Page of Fission Theme - 06-23-2005, 12:58 AM

Hi,

I had no problem unzipping the Fission theme, but I have uploaded it to my site several times now and I keep getting a graphics error on the Contents page. Its strange because it doesn't show up when logged on as admin, only when viewing publicly. Can someone please take a look and see if they know what is causing this? :?

Here's the link:
http://www.eqsteelfaith.com/modules.php?name=Content

Notice how the blue background is covering part of my page on the right side? Its about the same width as the scroll bar. This is aggravating because the rest of the package is perfect and I really want this theme for my site. I'm using PHP-Nuke 7.6

I'm just a noob, so I'm probably doing something wrong, but any help would certainly be appreciated.

I think the problem is your missing some of the code from the index.php file within that Module : your missing the Footer for example. Your saying it works in Admin well it would because the admin folder has its own index.php file which calls the footer.

Did you edit the modules/content/index.php file in any way ? (dosent matter really, just asking)

Try uploading modules/content/index.php file again.

Uploaded Content/Index.pnp But Now I Get a Blank Page - 06-23-2005, 06:14 AM

Marty,

What you suggested made sense to me so I uploaded the Content/Index.php file again. Now, all I have is a blank page which is telling me I cannot access that page directly. (Click on my previous link to see it.) I'm sure it's in the right folder but I can't access it.

To answer your question, no, I had not altered or tampered with that file at all.

Have I lost my pages?

Emm..... looking at that it seems to me you upload the wrong index.php file ?

Goto to your download find Modules & select Content

Upload that index.php file into your directory: modules/Content/

I Am Using the Correct Path - 06-23-2005, 01:11 PM

I am uploading the html/modules/content/index.php file to the
/domains/eqsteelfaith.com/public_html/modules/content folder.

I have uploaded this file several times to make sure I hadn't mistakenly uploaded the wrong file.

I get the same blank page every time.

Blank Page Has Been Corrected - 06-23-2005, 03:22 PM

Ok, I have my Content page back up now. The problem there was my ftp was not overwriting the file. When I deleted the file onserver, it was able to upload the correct Index.php file.

That leaves me with the original graphics problem on that page though.

I tried to upload the file by Direct Admin and FTP and get the same results.

The Fission theme runs perfect on my localhost server which is running PHP-Nuke 7.7.

BTW this problem has notting to do with the theme (Fission). Its the page not loading fully, maybe iam wrong but iam 99% sure, if someone eles could look at this please

Content 7.7 Doesn't Work - 06-24-2005, 03:35 PM

Marty,

I uploaded the Index.php file you sent without results.
I then uploaded the entire Content Folder from PHP-Nuke 7.7 and lost access to the page again. I have the old Content 7.6 folder back in place now.

I sure wish my online website was runnning PHP-Nuke 7.7 because that version runs the theme perfectly. Is it possible to upgrade it to 7.7 without having a lot of problems?
