Clear your cache, more then likely you still have your old style.css

Check the overall_header.tpl it sometimes has the css styles hardcoded in it.

the forum.css file has content now, it isnt empty anymore.

which part do i edit to change the module link colours?

it seems that style.css changes the colours of the entire website EXCEPT the forums, so for example take alook at my website >>> www.bravoclan.com/zerodegrees and see that the module block has grey links that are white when you hover over them, but when you click on forums and when on the forum page you will see that the links to any of the website pages are the default cream colour and underline when you hover over them.

How can i fix all this?
