I have PHPNuke 8.1 and have several themes available, and can change them with the Admin panel, but users can't choose a theme for themselves... what do I need to do to make this work?

8.1 has a new admin area for theme control.

I am just now starting to test theme designs and will be installing 8.1.

It sounds like they are trying to catch up to the more secure Nuke Evolution.

Yes, and I have that enabled... and they still connot change them.

Ok I upgraded my 8 to 8.1 and to get themes to change and then save I followed the instructions from
PHP-Nuke - Fix For ThemeSave Function in PHP-Nuke 8.1
but rather then line 1480 my file had it on line 1401 in a html editor.
