I installed phpnuke 7.x and I set up the theme subBlack3d.

At the top there are links for home, downloads, your account, and forums.

How do I add a link to another page? like if I wanted to add a link to nukemods.com at the top, what file would I have to edit and what would I have to add?

Well, I figured it out. (without downloading some other program and uploading a bunch of stuff)

in the theme folder there's a file called "Header.html" I just edited these lines

:: Downloads

and added the links I wanted.

Just thought I'd post this in case anyone else is looking for an easy way to do it.
