I have looked around on many sites. PhPNukefiles said thay had the addon to do it but thay wernt very helpfull. Since i trust you giys il ask you. I dont know ne thing about the programing of PHPNuke. I know the basic put the files in this folder and add the block. Thats about it. I am looking to get my navigation like so:

I want to be able to put in the Bold TITLES

At the bothom you can edit the text in bold

The tread I made over here is only if you whant to edit or
remove resources completly as it cant be edited in admin menu..

There is a French module called "Sommaire" if you google that you will find it. You can design and define your own Navigation block.
