I saw some addon or block like this, also like three menu, or like Customize Menu, just search this on some search web engine.

Just create a new block, call it what you like and copy&paste the following into it, you can do that as many times as you like.

CAT1
TheTextyouWantDisplayed
TheTextyouWantDisplayed
TheTextyouWantDisplayed
CAT2
TheTextyouWantDisplayed
TheTextyouWantDisplayed
TheTextyouWantDisplayed

That would give you a basic list

All i did was make a hyperlinks in dreamweaver, copy the html and used that.
