Want to install block, not in list.... - 11-18-2004, 04:34 AM

OK. I just upgraded from 6.8 to 7.5 and everything worked out ok. So it seemed. I just tried installed 2 new blocks, and the thing is, after i upload the php file and all coresponding images etc, (uploading .php files into the block folder) they do not appear in the list. Neither do any of my old blocks that i had that appeared in the list when i had 6.8. I have some google ads that i made into blocks that showed up in 6.8, but even they dont show up in 7.5 Any help please? If you have any questions, please ask as this is going to annoy me forever! Thanks!

Tony

I don't know how new to nuke or how professional you are but I had the same problem with one of my blocks, I will tell you how I fixed it.

Copy the HTML of the block you want, use the Nukemods Block Creator and paste the HTML inside, MAKING SURE that the last line on the text is </html> and not just a blank line like this below

see what i mean?

Then click create and paste the new code into a notepad and call it block-whatever_you_want_to_call_it.php and then upload to ur blocks folder.
Then go to ur admin section and Add a new block.
