ok heres wat i wanna do
i have installed nuke and phpmychat
i wanna make a link in the modules block thing to the phpmychat page, but i want it to open in a new page not the exsting page.

Maybe try downloading and installing Sommaire Paramétrable v2.1.1

from here: http://marcoledingue.free.fr/modules...download&cid=2

This will definately allow you to add custom links if required.
