I have searched for this topic and the forum and strangly nothing came up.
I need to know how you can turn a JPEG image into a 'downloadable' file so that when people click to download it they do not go to a page to see it, but instead they have the "Open, Save, Save as.." satisfying download screen.

Also, where do you upload your downloads to?

ZIP it.

Upload your downloads wherever you want. Just make sure when you add the download, you specifiy the path.

example:
http://www.mysite.com/downloads/downloadfile.zip

ALERT ALERT! MY SITE HAS BEEN RUINED! I tried changing the theme and it was accidently a phpbb theme, now when i go on my site i cannot change it back to a phpnuke theme because it says..... www.bravoclan.com/2ndrb
