Cannot redeclare themeheader()

I am using the theme: fisubice

after the update to the Fix for 7.8 i get the error message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare themeheader() in C:\Programme\apachefriends\xampp\htdocs\sport-dating\themes\fisubice\theme.php on line 57

Ideas?
