Difference Between Themes and Styles
I'm new at PHP Nuke having put a forum together less than a month ago and I'm a little confused concerning the themes/styles. I see a lot of themes available and I assume this will go in the "Themes" directory but I haven't seen anything available that's listed as a "style". Since the Templates directory is in the Forums directory I assume that once installed a style will change the appearance of the forums only. I'm using the 3D Fantasy theme so will the homepage appearance remain the same if I change the style without changing the theme?
What's really confusing me is a board I've seen has the theme called Charcoal2 in the dropdown "Styles" menu on the user's profile page. I would assume that would have to go in the Themes directory but he apparently has it in the Templates directory and installed it from there. So can a theme also be installed as a style? Thanks.
