How to create a template in CSS2

Dear Admins and users,
I would like to create a template for PHPNUKE with CSS2.
Actually i have already coded my design layout with Css but i'm having so many difficuties to code the same layout to Phpnuke because i've never seen a phpnuke template coded 100% with CSS2.

So if any one can help me to develop in css2 it would be geat.
Or if any one can point me to a tutorial which explains how to make a template in CSS2 for nuke.
Or evenif you can provid me an example it will be able to help me a lot.
