Put that file in there and your site will work.
Where do you get that file you ask? You should know, it's obvious that you have the Glance mod installed already or it wouldn't be looking for that file. So when you installed the Glance Mod the first time, you put that fiel with your old theme...now you have to do the same with the new theme.
