If i want to make it so that people cant change there theme, like they can only have the defualt theme only, do i need to just delete all the other themes but the one or is there a script i can put in?

Just make sure that none of your members has already chosen one of your other themes in their account or they won't be able to access your site should you delete the other themes.

Yes they will, they default to default theme if their selection isnt available.

With all versions of nuke?

I thought the db retained the info. in your account regardless of whether or not the theme was still available, thus the need now and again for the nuke toolbox.

That is only an issue if you delete the default theme which is selected in admin.
