If you have photoshop or some other program like it just type in the hex # for the color in one of the coloc pallet boxes (like where you choose the color for fonts or backgrounds). When you see the color you will know which to edit.

OK I understand now, it's a mouse-over effect like I have seen at some forums. I was wondering how they did that. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Those are the 2 table cell colors used in subBlack. You can make your onMouseout color the original color of the cell and then the OnMouseOver a lighter or darker color.

3C3C3C would be a lighter color code.
