I am still dead in the water here. I have deleted all the forum files and re-uploaded the 2.0,6 version of the ported mod phpBB2

I am still getting the access denied error.

I have since we have last talked done the following to remedy this situation:

1- Deleted the Database and re-stored it blank.
2- Created the new database
3- Uploaded the phpBB2.0.6 and ran the configuration which gave me several warnings about no permissions on forums/config.php not having the permissions set and line 739 in install.php warning errors etc.
4- COmpletey deleted nuke and all from host and re-uploaded only to get the same darn errors when I try to configure it with Nuke 6.0
5- Re-did all the top with fresh unzipped versions of Nuke 6,0 and phpBB2 ported 2.0.6

I really need some help as I am still unable to get past this blasted Access Denied message when I try to go to my forums admin section.

When you install 6.0 with ported phpbb. You install nuke first, create your superuser and regular user at the same time. Delete splatt forums. Then upload the port, and install it.

When I checked it the first time and you were getting the error, you hadn't actually installed the port. You had only activated the forums.

Have you installed the port or just uploaded the forum files and activated the forums?

Can I assume that the Nuke 6.5 set up should follow the same path as the 6.0 you have outlined here

I have installed a fresh Nuke 6.5 and am ready to start. Can you let me know before I move forward.

phpbb is already integrated with 6.5

You might want to check to make sure the vs of php the server is running will support 6.5 before you try to install it though.

ok i got it to work for 6.0 on the forums this is SureFire the one u all have been helping!
