Are you using Nuke6.0 with phpBB forums?
If so, make sure you avatar paths in the Forum Admin are set correctly.
Both should be this
modules/Forums/images/avatars

Also, if you are experiencing a loop or incorrect redirect problem, make sure you have all the files that came with the phpBB port uploaded. Especially, Your_Account module files and modules.php.
There is a fix on this site you should get as well to apply to your site or security reasons.

im using 6.0 with phpbb, i have all the files needed i double checked
but still i have this problem
also in the admin index i get "Avatar directory size: Not available"
any ideas? :?

If you are talking about the Avatar Management section in forum admin cp, it only shows the avatars that have been uploaded from a users machine.

Does anyones avatar show?

yeap, mine i edited it from pphmyadmin. i checked the root folder of avatar and it does have some avatars there for default.

Reupload the avs you want to your gallery, using seperate folders if you want to divide them like gallery/toons, gallery/misc etc check the chmod of the folders to ensure they are correct.

images/avatars should be 777
images/avatars/gallery should be 775
images/avatars/gallery/* should also be 775

Your blank.gif should be in images/avatars/gallery

still the same prob.. anw.. i will wait for phpnuke 6.5 public i hope it 'll fix the prob.

You are using the forum registration hack and you reuploaded the Your account module files, and modules.php?

Mine are not both set to that.

The storage path where people upload is set to modules/Forums/images/avatars

But the gallery is set to
modules/Forums/images/avatars/gallery

um, where can i find the forum registration hack? or its the phpbb default?

There is a list of files in it, that will give you an idea of where you have to look to get everything pointing to the forum.

Unless it's been changed you'll need to do a search on this site for [create account] link found in the header on the top left of the page.
