You need to remove the quotes from around "LC_TIME" in that file / line, thats mentioned in the error.
Change "LC_TIME" to LC_TIME. (notice the "" are removed; this will fix that and remove the line)
oh i got it u clicked www hehe and it took u to my testing server hehe gtta change the www it use to be my squads site there not i'm just keeping the server fot tests and stuff like that
