You probably tried this, but try selecting the darkblue theme again and then try changing themes. You may need to stop and restart mysql server for it to save changes also.
Are you trying to change to a theme not compatable with a phpbb ported theme?

Try deleting your cookies and browser cache. Also if you change the default theme as admin log out and then log in as member. Then change the member theme to the default one you set as admin to see if any changes was made.
If all else fail you have two options
1. Go to your database and edit prefix_config table and change your default theme .prefix meaning nuke if you did not change it.
2. You can make sure you have the DarkBlue theme and run this in your database.
|
Code:
|
Database nuke running on localhost
# phpMyAdmin MySQL-Dump
# version 2.3.2
# http://www.phpmyadmin.net/ (download page)
#
# Host: localhost
# Generation Time: Jan 30, 2003 at 01:50 PM
# Server version: 3.23.53
# PHP Version: 4.2.3
# Database : `nuke`
#
# Dumping data for table `nuke_config`
#
INSERT INTO nuke_config VALUES ('PHP-Nuke Powered Site', 'http://yoursite.com', 'logo.gif', 'Your slogan here', 'September 2002', 'webmaster@yoursite.com', 0, 'DarkBlue', '[img]images/powered/nuke.gif[/img]
', 'All logos and trademarks in this site are property of their respective owner. The comments are property of their posters, all the rest © 2002 by me', 'You can syndicate our news using the file <font class="footmsg_l">backend.php</font> or <font class="footmsg_l">ultramode.txt</font>', 4096, 'Anonymous', 5, 1, 1, 1, 1, 10, 10, 1, 30, 0, 1, 'PHP-Nuke Powered Site', 'en-us', 'english', 'en_US', 0, 0, 0, 'me@yoursite.com', 'NEWS for my site', 'Hey! You got a new submission for your site.', 'webmaster', 'Mail sent from WebMail service at PHP-Nuke Powered Site\r\n- http://yoursite.com', 1, '/var/www/html/modules/WebMail/tmp/', 0, 0, 'modules/WebMail/attachments/', '', 0, 'Your account', -1, 'modules/WebMail/images', 1, 0, 1, 1, 1000, 3, '*****', 'Web site engine\'s code is Copyright © 2002 by <font class="footmsg_l">PHP-Nuke</font>. All Rights Reserved. PHP-Nuke is Free Software released under the <font class="footmsg_l">GNU/GPL license</font>.', '6.0'); |
Let me know if that help.

I'm changing the themes to the ones that come with the php 6.0 pack. There's like 10 of them that came with the .tar file. I also tried dezina_dove theme and I can't change it to that either.

Ok..did you read what dar63 posted?
If you change the DEFAULT theme in Nuke Admin preferences. If your theme that is selected under your USERNAME Your Account themes is still DeepBlue, you will not see the changed theme if you are logged in as your Username AND Admin.
Does that make sense?
In other words, logout of your site COMPLETELY, User Logout and Admin logout, then clear all cookies and Temp Internet files close all browsers, then revisit your site and see if the theme is different then. When you are logged out of your Admin and USer, you will then see the "Default" theme that you specified in your Nuke Admin.

Yeah I can't get it to change at all on your site with my new user account.
Is this a new install of PHP-Nuke 6.0?
