Is this a new install of PHP-Nuke 6.0?

I installed php-nuke 6.0 about a 1-2 months ago. Is there an update or bug fix that I missed or something?

Also, I was thinking of downloading the latest version and just reinstalling everything. what do you guys think of that? Should I just reinstall the whole thing? :?

Well, the next version of Nuke is no released yet. Still beta testing. You can join the Club at phpnuke.org $10 a month and download the beta.
I would not though.
I would try getting your site you have now working. Try re-uploading all the nuke files that came with nuke to your FTP again. Make sure everything gets uploaded. Don't trust your FTP log file as a reference on whether something got uploaded or not, it can be incorrect.
I almost think you have a file missing or corrupt somewhere...

That's what I think I should do as well. Tomorrow I am going to upload all the files again. I will keep you guys posted. Once again, thanks for all the great advice--it is very much appreciated.

When I upload the files do I need to erase the old files? Or do I just upload and overwrite the old ones?

You should be able to overwrite the old ones. I would upload one directory at a time. Don't just upload all the contents in teh html folder all at once.

ok thanks...that will take a while, but it seems to be better. The first time I did it, I just uploaded all the files at the same time. Maybe that's why I am having problems?

Could be..like I said before, don't trust your FTP log file on whether ALL the files and folders got uploaded. Make sure yoursalf by comparing the nuke Directories and files on your Computer that you downloaded with the Files and directories on your FTP.
