The main menu actually lists modules, if you want to add something there, upload it to your module directory. Then go to your Nuke admin cp, click modules and you can activate it.

If you want to change the name of something that is currently listed in the menu, go to admin cp again, click modules, then edit on whatever module you want to edit. you can change the name, activate/deactivate, and who has access etc from there.
