You MUST go to your Forums Administration to Styles and ADD that template after you uplaod it. Don't change to the new theme until you ADD it under Forum administration.
Change back to an old theme and do what I just said.

Read the Help link on the left on our main page on HOW to install theme packs from this site. A little reading saves a lot of trouble.
