I wasn't sure on the image type. It doesn't matter anyway.
YOU SHOULD NOT have to do anything. Other than upload the block, add language definitions and upload visitors folder to your images folder.
The BLOCK works on my test site. IF your Code image is not showing up, then I do not know why when it works fine on my testsite.
