I want to import my backuped db (3.2M) in my remote db.
The site and db are in Norway and i'm Romania. I have FTP, shell, phpMyAdmin account.
I manage the db through phpMyAdmin 2.3.3pl1
And the db is MySQL 3.23.51

in phpMyAdmin when I click on my db name and then SQL tab ...i select my backup file from my hdd and i wait to upload the file (64 kbps/s bandwidth) .. but the upload doesn't finish properly. The progress bar of IE goes up to 100% but didn't refresh it. And the upload is not done.

I tried with Opera 6 and after I click to start the upload i get an error "Transmission error - http://mysqlurl.com/read_dump.php".

Is other way to import my backup db?
