Creating a module from scratch would require extensive knowledge of PHP-Nuke and php.
Telling someone HOW to do it would be near impossible.
Try checking the Modules already in Nuke. There is a Reviews one. You can use it and maybe start by modifying it to your needs, IF you are proficient in Nuke and php. If not, then yeeks :?
