phpBB : Critical Error

Could not get theme data for themes_id [1]

Plz help i cant seam to get this to work you can view the forums fine when not loged in but as soon as you log on you get this error ..i used the clearphp.php file and still have this problem cleard out all cookies and still have this problem .....using the heliusgray theme ..
