So, if I understand it correctly, if I set the width to 85%, then the site (theme) will present itself to the user at 85% width of his/her present resolution on his/her system? Conversely, if I set the width in my theme to a fixed width of 850, and the user has his/her resolution setup at 640X 480, then the user will be using the bottom scroll bar in the browser to see the remaining width - correct?

Thanks.
