It installs Apache, MySQL, PHP adn PHP-Nuke6.5 AND phpMyadmin to administer your Database.
VERY EASY to configure and get up adn running on a Windows machine. All you'll have to figure out is the email, but mine uses my Outlook Express (don't ask me how)

Then, if you box has a Static IP with an "always on" internet connetion, you can get yourself you .com domain name and point the name servers to your Static IP addy for your box. VIOLA.
