I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to create a module that would bring up a links category page, from a link (module) on the left side of the page.

if you look under web links you'll see a category for Local Bands, how can I get alink over on the left to open up just that category, I'd like to keep that category seperate from the rest of the web links

there...I think I've rambled enough...any suggestions
