OK..I suggest getting the Analyzer script from http://www.nukecops.com
It may show us some problems if they are there.

I've only seen this happen a few times and I am still not sure what is causing it. It may be your server is running an older version of PHP.
Get that analyzer script and post a link back so we can see what it says.
