lol...I've been a web designer for about 5 years now. I'm no programmer, but I do know enough to get by. In my opinion Dreamweaver MX is a huge pain in the rear! I have been using Homesite for ages now and absolutely love it. And I can ftp directly from the program while I'm working on it. I never use the feature though and ftp using my good ol' SmartFTP (free program!). I guess I just wanna say that you don't need all those fancy expensive programs to get a website up and running. Now for graphics, that's another story (I love my photoshop!). Hunt around for some free programs. I found an awesome editor like homesite for free one time, but forget the name right now. If I remember it, I'll post it here.

If ya are a noob, you can always pay someone to set it up for you. I charge a fee, but there are others who are even cheaper.
