The year is 8194, the known universe is in choas. The 14 races have meet once again, after many years of little or no contact. Wars broke, the biggest being the battle of Sol, between the Vampire controlled Zero Gravity Industries, and the Human/Gnome alliance Empire, the two waged war throughout many star systems, ravaging the entire universe. At the end of the war, both sides were devastated, and the universe was in tatters, now both sides try to repair what damage they have caused, many planets were hit so hard, that medival weapons, and 21st century weapons are the only ones permited. (To match the rest of the civilization). Now it is up to you, join or create a new order, and bring the universe back to a bustling market, again devastate it, bring it under your iron fist rule, or leave it as it is to grow on its own.
