Video capture cards, choosing a good card.
I am strongly considering buying a video capture card for the computer I’m building, if not to upgrade the computer i currently use. There are so many of them out there, and it is difficult to cut my way thru the BS that some cards may boast. I am trying to hit a few different message boards to get a wider range of opinions and recommendations.

Does anyone have experience with consumer priced video capturing cards??

I would like one that has good resolution (at least 640x480), and coaxial and rca input so i can convert family video to mpeg2 and such. A TV tuner and radio tuner would be nice too. Most that i see are between $30 and $100.

Thanks for anyone’s knowledge.
