Actuel User Status?

I have a little problem, when people want to log in, their Actual User Status is offline. They can't post anything in my forum . Is this a bug or something that I did wrong?

So are they allowed to login or are they logged in and shown as offline?

When they log in, they go to their personal page. And the status is shown offline. When they want to post than something in the forum the have to login aigan.

What do you have set for your site name and url in Admin>Preferences, and what are your cookie settings in Admin>Forums>General Admin>Configuration?
