how can i display a picture in the forums ? instead of showing that nukemods.com : Forums ? can i change it ? and put a picture in it ?

All you need to do is go into the administtion panel, go to preferences and change the name of the site (If you're talking about your own php site).

Then, to put an image in there just type [img]then put the address of the picture here[/img]

If you're talking about changing what it says on this site then i have no idea!

Do you want to display an image behind the words or replace the words all together? To change the wording so it is specific to your site, you don't have to do anything, it changes automatically to yoursite.com: Forums
