First off I want to thank you for all the great themes you guys have made freely available for download.

I have been thinking of using helius theme as a bases for my new nukepowered site. There are one issue that I would like to have cleared up. As you and many others have given so much time to make themes freely available I really do not want to step on any toes while at the same time wanting to have my site looking the way I want it.

I was thinking of making all addons, modules, blocks and themes copyrigt messages available with links and all, but just not from the footer. I was more thinking of having a link to " about this site" page where all credits are listed and maybe more detail info too. This would be less dominating but still give credit to the respective contributors.

Would you consider this to be missuse of your theme?

Mikem said somewhere that he thinks it's better then nothing but he really likes it more when you leave the copyright intact, and coldblooded doesn't likes it at all (he said that in the same topic), so maybe you better work something out with them
