I'm new at this, I downloaded a layout and then in the folder are a bunch of images and other stuff. How am I supposed to work with this?What's the first step?

Read the "Read me" file.

You have to upload it to your "themes" folder, then any images you might want to change we have included blank images with all themes.

Upload themes/subBlack3d to your themes folder on your FTP.

I recently searched and arrived upon nuke bunny's installing themes guide. Though I don't udnerstand step number six

Step 6.
Open the WS_FTP program. Log-in to your account at your server with WS_FTP

How do I login into my account at my server.
