Why not some more information?
More than likely those errors are the result of your Site using a theme that IS NOT in your themes directory.
OR you possibly editid your mainfile.php to try and fix your LC TIME error and corrupted your mainfile.php file somehow.

after i've created the folder and extracted the files there..

not enough info but anyway, errors like those usually happen when the database tables have not been created, either $prefix or $user_prefix are incorrect or $dbtype has been changed to anything other than MySQL
