Can someone tell me why I am suddenly getting these link error messages in all my downloads section, links etc.

This has been covered extensively all over but since i guess you missed it i'll let you know it is caused by your webhost upgrading their php version, all you need to do to fix it is Remove the quotes from around "LC_TIME" in those files/lines mentioned in your errors. This means "LC_TIME" should be changed to LC_TIME
