Well the recent posts hack does only show the forums that the user has access to.

Rather than just a simple disclaimer maybe it would be better to make the 18+ forum a private access forum with a special 18+ usergroup, then put the disclaimer on the user group something that says by subscribing to this usergroup you hereby decree that you are 18 years or older blah blah blah. Then when they hit accept they will be subscribed to that usergroup and those message would show in the recent posts block only to those users that have subscribed and therefore sworn to be over the legal age of consent.

Just an idea, would be easier that writing code to exclude a forum I would think.

Thanks

Also an added benefit is if you do happen to find out that someone is under the age of 18 you could unsubscribe them from the group so that they would no longer have access, whereas the way you have it now you truly have no control of who views that forum.

I even looked in it as someone who isn't even a registered member of the site
