Hi, let me be the first to welcme you !

There are a couple of good links in the help section of this site.

If you want to use the themes on this site you MUST have ported phpbb forums (which are WAY better) You must install the phpbb port from bbtonuke downloads area IF you follow the instructions on how to port Nuke, you should be good to go.

Check your Nuke 6 db first, there was a spelling error in the db sql. Open the sql in yor editor and do a search for catagories (I know spelt wrong) IF the search finds it change it to categories, and run the sql again BEFORE trying to port it. (trust me, much easier to deal with it now)

Go to the link I gave you before it is to the download of the port. If you have questions do a search of Tom's site (the previous link) he is the author of the port. Read ALL the txt files that come with it, and back up your db before doing anything.

Do you already have a phpbb forum?

I would install 2.0.6 the link I gave you before should take you there. One of the previous vs (don't remember which one) had a security vulnerabliliy.

If you follow the instructions that are in 2.0.6 you shouldn't have any problems, unless something doesn't transfer ftp properly. If you have a log on your ftp make sure you have it turned on when you are ftping, so if errors come later, you can check what didn't get uploaded
