I installed gallery v1.3.3. Cause it's running here nicely, I've a question about configuring the script:

How do you usually do for uploading pics? What are the necessary settings in the config.php? What size and type of picture do you usually use for uploading?

At my gallery, when I try to upload, the thumpnail is not that nice that it should be. Think the problem is the resizing from a false size... :?

Your settings in the config.php and the information about what size and kind of picture you usually use would help me a lot...
