Help, received fatal error and need to know how to fix it.
This is a discussion on Help, received fatal error and need to know how to fix it. within the Open topics forums, part of the General category; I tried to access my site today, www.novasrangers.com , and the following error comes up:
Fatal error: Call to undefined ...
in the root directory there is a config.php file...edit that and insert your website info..all the info you will need should have been sent in an email from your provider. If not it will be in your cpanel
that error will show up as long as the site can't connect to your database! This can be due to different things including what 'lunchbox' mentioned above, but also because the db doesn't exist or the mysql server is down
