This is all new to me-forgive me in advance of my ignorance.
Can any one tell me of software (user friendly) that can convert downloaded movies (in .avi format) into a DVD format, which can then be burned onto a blank DVD disc-playable on DVD watched on 32" TV screen rather that 17" computer screen?
If that is possible, will it be a better way than sending the video via s-video cable and RCA cables for sound from my pc to the TV?

Sometimes you can just save this on the DVD folder in windows, if your computer came ready to do this.
