Listen, Im sorry if this is not the place but I just cannot find an offical PHP-Nuke forums...

Where can I change the names of the sections in the left menu?
Using 6.0 Version.

To change the Menu items in your MAIN MENU. Go to your Nuke Admin, then to Modules. Each module that is Activated is listed in the Main Menu(or Modules menu)
You can edit each one to give it a distinctive name if you want.
