So you want to create a website using PHPNuke

I'd suggest going to http://www.phpnuke.org/modules.php?name=PHP-Nuke_HOWTO for help on installation etc..

Regarding your first post "i dont have a server. can sombodyy help me." it sounds like you need to purchase hosting first.
