messed up my downloads module using myphpadmin =(,help - 08-22-2006, 07:22 PM

now i have about 50 downloads already in my site

i wanted to somehow take out the "filesize" field out of my downloads and i tried doing that by going into myphpadmin...

after that i went into my nuke database and i went into the downloads_downloads section and found the filesize field...so then i tryed going to drop and i dropped it...

so when i went bak into my site and went into a category and all i saw was one download...all of my other downloads were somewhere gone but they were still in my database...i dont know what happened and i cant seem to undo this problem...all of my other downloads are no longer displayed...please help me out...thanks in advance

Did you backup everything prior to making the changes?

You'll likely have to re-build that db table the way it was initially and re-enter all your dl info.

Just out of curiousity, how deeply setup is your site? Just so you know, that Fantastico install is buggier than hell and will give you nothing but problems in the long run, I know, I've used it.

It really is in your best interests to dl and install this version of phpnuke.
