When i enter the forum at my site i get this error

I tried do "delete" the cookes by editings sessions.php but then i could not post og create topics and so on :? ...

Two problems here, first off you didn't read the message published right in the front page else your post title would have been more descriptive, second i'd say you didn't search or look around the forums before posting, like for example in the FAQ/Fixes forum.
