On nukemods you have a forum called “Newsâà¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚¬Ã‚ÂÂ� when people post there, there post will be displayed on the main page of the site (or am I mistaken?) I would like to know how you did that, is it some kind of module or hack?

uhm.... i can't find it :S

The guys here use a code of there own, theirs doesn't change themes automatically, ours does. there is also the advanced one that's the one we use at portedmods.com

i installed the one i found in the portedmods download section.
but it now displays all the topics in a seprate page and not the main page :S
do you know how i can fix that.??? or is it best to use the other code?

if you want to use differant topics, so you could categorise your news, then you have to use the advanced version. With the one you use you can't assign topics to your news

the module i found on nukemods is good but the only problem i have with it is that it displays the topics not on the main page but on the page called "forum news" if i try to make the forumsnews module the main page then i get an error that says i can't acces the file directly
